The use of Golf Buggies on your course and the effect of the Equality act 2010 in relation to disabled golfers.
Clubs have a duty of care to all users of the golf course and has to ensure safe use of golf buggies. This guidance note outlines certain conditions which must be followed by all members, visitors and guests.

It would appear that many clubs still ban the use of buggies to disabled golfers when the course is wet. Many of these clubs have not completed the process of assessing the course and making reasonable adjustments.
